What a disappointment, this app has a lot of potential but at about 4 days it will freeze completely and I have to delete and re-download it, losing all my custom food entries and data in the process. There is no back-up so there is no way to retrieve my information.

Save your money! The app froze on me a week ago and hasnt worked since!!!

After 4 days app totally froze. Rebooted the app. Hard reset the phone. Nothing worked. App was stuck. Deleted and reloaded. Lost all my info and food logs. Save your money. Piece of crap

I purchased this app and it started crashing on day 1. By day 3 it had froze and I could not get it working again. I would like my money back so I can purchase an app that does work!

I have been using this product for several years and always though it was the best thing since sliced bread until I installed it on my iPad Air 2 and iPhone 6 with iOS8+. It works no better with iOS9. It frequently crashes out of the app and I have to open it again. The company has not updated the app in the last five years and apparently doesnt care. The email log feature doesnt work, and the restaurant info omits many national (and international) chains that have entered the market since 2011. I have tried emailing the producer and never receive a response. I keep hoping for an update but am looking for an alternative.

Easy to use app. Makes keeping track a simple task. I like being able to add personal items. The food list is impressive. I like having graphs available in an instant. I will be using this daily.

It worked for 2 days. Now I open it and it is locked up. Tried a reboot, no luck. And its difficult to find things in the large database. (Where is the Atkins Peanut Butter Chocolate Pretzel Bar??) Punt.

My app hasnt worked in two days. It will open up but it responds to nothing. Highly disappointed

This app has no search engine for foods and I have no time to enter all that detail. Not worth the money at all!!

I really like this app. The content is great. I love how its incredibly user friendly. It tracks exactly whats needed. However every couple of days it freezes up and I literally have to delete the app and reinstall. This is really frustrating since this is a tracker. I want to be able to look back on my progress. Every time I delete the app I have to re-enter all of my data. Without this extremely annoying problem I would have been able to give five stars.

When I "search database" the keyboard does not work. A grey area pops up on bottom of screen, but no keyboard is present. I clicked on the app support button and left an issue on site, but no response. Hoping I can get support through this review.

App will not work- tried to restart app and phone. Tried to contact support but cannot find contact info only forums- want a refund!

It freezes all the time. Otherwise would be a good app but it freezes enough to be unusable. It would be nice if the developers would create an update to fix

The app kept freezing on me and I would have to delete it and reinstall. This causes all my data to disappear. Very frustrating.

I was loving this app & used it faithfully and too time to add some favorite foods/recipes with all the nutritional info. Then today, I locked up and wouldnt let me do anything in it. I had no choice but to delete and re download. I did hoping that my info and days already logged would have stored in the iCloud but sadly it did not. Now if I use it I will have to re input all the info I had done over time. Very upset to have paid for this and had this problem.

Junk, I want my money back. It freezes, unchangeable data, too hard to use.

I had it installed four days ago and its okay. I prefer MFP (but I wanted a net carb counter). Today when I tried logging food, the app doesnt respond to anything. Pretty crappy after paying 2.99. Not worth it.

Unable to get a keyboard to pop up. It only shows a grey area where one should be. No response from developer. Renders the app completely useless. Wasted $3. Do NOT BUY
